The intelligent sorter is composed of four parts: material conveying system, detection system, control system and drive sorting system. The material conveying system consists of vibrating feeder and conveyor belt; the detection system consists of an X-ray source and detectors; the electronic control part is the equipment control system; and the actuation system consists of pneumatic drive parts.
The material is fed evenly onto the conveyor belt through a vibrating feeder. The material passes through the detection zone on the conveyor belt at a uniform speed, the detection system transmits material information to the control system.
The control system computer converts and analyzes the signals and instructs the control system to separate the material.
Positive selection and opposite selection are available depending on the request of the actual process, which helps improve work efficiency.
The intelligent sorter is mainly used to pre-select non-ferrous metal ores containing gold, silver, copper, zinc, tungsten, etc.
Application situation: The intelligent sorter is used in the stage after secondary crushing and fine crushing before grinding, to improve the grade before grinding and reduce the amount of feed material for grinding.
Scope of application: Greenfield project, reconstruction of an old plant, reuse of low-grade ore.
